Heritage and Art Workshop: Where Punggol Meets Plate, Who Eats Art

Heritage and Art Workshop: Where Punggol Meets Plate, Who Eats Art
To eat is to connect — each bite a meeting of place, memory, and self.
Where Punggol Meets Plate is a hands-on co-created food experience where residents explore the area’s past, present, and future through a thoughtfully curated tasting menu. From a seafood platter inspired by coastal communities, to pulled jackfruit tacos reflecting farming shifts, and a cold brew crafted from the resilient nipa palm — each dish you will create tells a story of transformation and tradition.
Taste the spirit of Punggol — and be part of the story.

Who Eats Art uses food as a medium, a love language to create edible installations shaped by memory, culture and imagination. We build experiences that blur the line between table and gallery, turning meals into immersive art, and bites into living poems. More than a visual feast, it is a shared ritual - where strangers become community, and taste becomes connection.
