Christophe Mayol
Chair
Christophe is currently Head of Derivatives for AIA Group, Asia's largest life insurance company. Prior to that, he led interest rate trading and financial engineering activities of a French bank in Asia-Pacific for 15 years. He is based in Singapore. Christophe holds an MScEng from the National Institute of Applied Sciences, Lyon, France.



Alan Oei
Member and Executive Director
Alan is an artist-curator whose work and projects examine the intersection of art history and politics. As an artist, he has shown his work in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia and the USA. He was previously the artistic director of Singapore’s first independent contemporary arts centre, The Substation.



Liang Shi’ai
Member, Chair (Fundraising Subcommittee)

Shi’ai is Senior Development Director at IHG® Hotels & Resorts, with over 15 years of experience in hospitality real estate. She holds a BA in Architecture from NUS and a Master’s in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. Her past roles include development positions at Blueground, Marriott, Rosewood, Four Seasons, and Pan Pacific. She is also an avid collector of contemporary art and antique maps.


Gergana Stoyanova
Member, Treasurer
Gergana is a Solution Architect at Adobe, designing innovative customer experiences across Southeast Asia. Originally from Bulgaria, she studied Applied Computer Science at the Technical University of Dresden. While based in Germany, she also worked in documentary television, reflecting her interest in storytelling. She enjoys blending creativity and technology to craft meaningful digital journeys.

Seng Yu Jin
Member, Chair
(Audit Subcommittee)
Yu Jin is the Director of Curatorial and Exhibition at the National Gallery Singapore. He completed a PhD at the University of Melbourne on the history of exhibitions in SEA. He was previously a lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts in the MA Asian Art Histories and BA Fine Arts programmes. Now, he lectures in the Minor in Art History at the National University of Singapore.

Lee Jan Hau
Member (Fundraising Subcomm 2024-2026)
Dr. Jan Hau is a senior consultant in pediatric critical care at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore. A dedicated collector alongside his wife, Katrina, Jan Hau’s love for art and history is reflected in their thoughtfully curated JH & KH Collection, focusing on Singaporean artworks that capture local narratives and heritage.

MANAGEMENT TEAM




Lim Su Pei
Deputy Director
Su Pei has over 17 years of experience in the arts sector. Before joining OH!, she managed international arts and business programmes in Singapore and abroad, including projects in South Africa and Eastern Europe. Outside of work, she enjoys analogue photography and Japanese literature.



Tang Hui Shi
Arts Business Manager
Hui Shi received her degree in Business Administration from NUS and has 2 years of experience in Myanmar, where she set up a travellers' hostel. She enjoys striking up conversations and discovering stories from people of all walks of life.


Kristen Oliveiro
Assistant Director
Kristen oversees community engagement at OH!, working to bring people closer to art and to one another. A graduate of Yale-NUS College in Arts and Humanities, she is interested in how art can transform everyday spaces into sites of imagination, care, and collective action. Kristen’s personal practice spans performance-making and ice cream-making.




Shannon Tan
Arts Mgmt Executive
Shannon has a Diploma in Arts Business Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Passionate about fostering appreciation for local arts, she played a key role as organiser and programme leader for her school’s arts festival, Verve 2023. Shannon also enjoys painting in her spare time. 





Tay Ying
Community & Arts Mgmt Executive
Ying holds a degree in Arts and Humanities from Yale-NUS College, specialising in Art History and Art Practice. Her interests span curation, research, and archiving. She is particularly curious about the relationship between everyday spaces and artistic production. Ying also develops her own practice in art-book making.


Peck Chin Shuen
Community & Arts Mgmt Intern
Shuen is pursuing a Diploma in Arts Business Management at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Curious about new perspectives and stories, she is drawn to the arts as a way to connect with different communities through creative mediums. In her free time, she enjoys writing and drawing.



Raye Kosasih
Community & Arts Mgmt Intern
Raye is currently pursuing Arts Business Management at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Passionate about the arts and community engagement, she is eager to contribute and grow through meaningful work. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and exploring different forms of creative expression.





Ha Le (Haley)
Design & Arts Mgmt Intern
Haley is currently pursuing a Master’s in Museum Studies and Curatorial Practices at NTU. Trained in interior and lighting design, she is curious about how spaces can guide attention, emotion, and interpretation. Her interests centre on exhibition-making, cultural storytelling, and the creation of engaging, visitor-centred experiences.

Ernest Tan
Chair
Ernest has been a volunteer since OH! Holland Village in 2017. He had previously advised on OH! Stories and art walks. A seasoned volunteer for various causes, he has advised several charities and social enterprises. Ernest graduated from SMU with a BSc in Economics. In his non-free time, Ernest is a man in finance and a former management consultant, no trust fund, only a central provident fund.

Ching Bao Lin
Member
Bao is a brand and placemaking consultant and the founder of her own practice, Fourth Space. She is also a trend researcher and contributing writer on Singapore cuisine. She previously spent 12 years in the Singapore public service (EDB, NAC and STB), taking on branding, marketing communications and arts programming roles. In her free time, you can catch Bao drinking natural wines, attending art events or watching films at The Projector.


Rebecca Kwee
Member
Rebecca is currently a social impact investor at LeapFrog Investments. She has over a decade of experience in social entrepreneurship, finance, and education. With a love for writing poems and speculative fiction in cafes, Rebecca is a published (and still passionate) writer, having won a Pushcart Prize Honourable Mention and participated in SGIFF’s Youth Jury & Critics Programme.
