OH! Moonstone: Everything Changes, Everything Stays the Same (2026)

In Singapore, change is a way of life. Buildings are demolished and rebuilt, warehouses converted into residences, schools repurposed, shrines displaced, factories dissolved into memory.
The 12th edition of OH!’s flagship art walks, OH! Moonstone, explores the theme “Everything Changes, Everything Stays the Same”, and takes place in and around Moonstone Lane, at a decommissioned factory. Join us on a walking tour featuring four site-specific artworks located in private and public spaces across the Moonstone Lane Estate — a neighbourhood that has transformed over the years from plantations, kampungs, warehouses, bottling plants, and shrines to the residential precinct it is today.
Each artwork reflects on this entwining of transformation and continuity, tracing the quiet persistence of memory amid shifting architectures. Through this journey, OH! Moonstone reminds us that even in a city where everything changes, some things — the spectres of memory, texture, atmosphere — always stays the same.

Due to unforeseen changes at one of the sites, Vong Phaophanit and Claire Oboussier will no longer be participating in OH! Moonstone.
As with all OH! programmes, artworks presented are site-specific and created in direct response to their surroundings. With the site conditions now changed, the artwork will evolve, and a new installation will be shown. Regardless, we remain deeply grateful for the artists’ engagement and contributions.
