Are you a visionary with a passion for transforming the arts into unforgettable experiences? Do you have the production expertise to bring innovative art shows and exhibitions to life? Join our dynamic team as a Producer and play a pivotal role in crafting and executing extraordinary artistic experiences.
OH! Open House has been at the forefront of storytelling through art since our inception. As a Producer, you will lead the production of our art shows, immersive experiences, and exhibitions, ensuring they are well executed and captivate our audiences. You will work closely with our curatorial team to bring our artistic visions to life, while also managing the logistical and budgetary aspects of production. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards and driving the growth and success of our projects.
Responsibilities:

Production Management: Oversee the entire production process for art shows, experiences, and exhibitions, from concept development to execution.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with artists, designers, technical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and innovative productions.

Budget Oversight: Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Timeline Coordination: Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

Logistical Planning: Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and transportation, to ensure smooth operations.
- Audience Engagement: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for audience engagement and promotion of our productions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in producing art shows, exhibitions, or similar events.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Creative Vision: A passion for the arts and a creative mindset, with the ability to translate artistic concepts into tangible experiences.
- Budget Management: Proficiency in budget management and financial planning for productions.
