Artists are placed within Punggol to immerse themselves in its people, places and stories. Through everyday encounters — from working at a local minimart to taking part in home residencies — artists and communities come together to shape new artworks.

Art Experience
A pilot programme that commissions artists to create site-responsive works in spaces slated for clearance or redevelopment. The programme invites reflection on the cultural, social, and historical significance of these sites before they disappear.
